Delivery & Shipping Information

When do we deliver?

  • Indian / Bridal Wear: All domestic and international orders will take about 4–8 weeks for dispatch from the date of order. “Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 6 weeks, with variations based on the intricacy of the design.”
  • Western Pret: All domestic and international orders will take about 2–4 weeks for dispatch from the date of order.
  • Ready To Ship: All the RTS products will be dispatched within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx or India Post, with tracking details provided upon dispatch.
  • Customs & Duties (International Orders) Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Although we try our best that our customer should not go through customs charges
  • These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • Important Notes:We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, customs clearance, or courier delays.
  • Once an order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Gossip Confetti , we do not endorse any return or exchange policy, whether for domestic or international orders, including on/off-the-rack pieces and made-to-order items.

  • We do accommodate exceptional cases under the following circumstances: Damaged or Defective Garment: If the garment ordered from Gossip Confetti is not received in good condition, that is, it is damaged or defective, We would be more then happy to re alter & re fix it and send it back to our loveable customers on our own cost.
  • Irreversible Issue: If the garment has an irreversible issue in comparison to the client's standards, such as size, fabric covering, color mismatch, length issue, etc. We are open to re fix it for you regardless of return or exchange it.

In such cases, we would do our utmost to resolve any issues. Clients can get in touch with us over a call, Whatsapp us during business hours, and also share their grievances over email. The shared email should clearly state the client issues along with reference images of the problematic areas in the garment within 24 hours of receiving the garment.

The client can send the outfit back only when he/she has received confirmation regarding the same from Gossip Confetti team. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and clients will be held responsible for organizing and arranging the pickup of any items sent without prior notice. While returning the outfit, please ensure that the returned merchandise should be in its original state, that is, it should be unused, and properly sealed in its original packaging. Once the garment is received please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected garment lies with the Gossip Confetti team. This decision shall be based on the communicated timelines and quality of the returned garment and how long will be take to repair the damage caused and return it back to our clients.

It should be noted that we do not offer any returns or exchanges on discounted outfits.

Please note: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you with utmost care.

We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.

However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you as mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel purchases and claim a refund within 24 hours of purchase. No cancellation requests will be accepted after this period.
  • Credit Note: If the cancellation request is approved, a credit note will be issued within 7 business days, valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation.
  • Order Changes: For changes to orders, the customer must pay any price difference before updating the order. If the new order price is less than the original, a credit note for the balance amount will be issued.
