Gossip Confetti’s Policies :
At Gossip Confetti, our commitment is to provide clients with a delightful and satisfactory experience. We strive to ensure timely dispatch of garments within the specified timeframe of 4-8 weeks, even for international orders.
Shipping Policy
- Worldwide Shipping: We ship to clients globally.
- Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping fees is applicable on orders above 7kgs bridal / non bridal, depending upon the weight & city for delivery. Free shipping below 7kgs on all orders within India.
- 4-8 weeks for minimum delivery time and 8 weeks maximum delivery time.
- International Shipping: A standard delivery charge of INR 8500 or $100 applies to all international orders. But shipping charges differ from order to order depending upon the weight & volume of the outfit and the country which we are delivering to. Cash on delivery is not available for clients outside or inside India.
- Delays: If dispatch or delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control, we will keep clients informed throughout the process.
- Unaccepted Deliveries: If a client is unable to accept the delivery of goods, Gossip Confetti reserves the right to charge the client for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Taxes and Duties
- Indian Clients: Product prices includes all applicable taxes and duties.
- International Clients: Prices indicated are exclusive of any import duties, as we export garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes in their country.
Payments
- Payment Methods: Gossip Confetti may employ third-party facilities such as Stripe, Paypal, etc., for payments. Transactions are regulated by their respective terms and conditions.

Accountability: Gossip Confetti is not accountable for any loss or damage incurred due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction(s)
- Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed upon by you and your bank(s)
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction
- Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)
Returns and Exchanges
- Gossip Confetti: does not endorse any return or exchange policy for domestic or international orders, including off-the-rack pieces and made-to-order items. However, we accommodate exceptional cases under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Garment: If the garment received is damaged or defective, we would love to repair & refix it and give it back to our lovable clients.
- Irreversible Issue: If the garment has an irreversible issue, such as size, fabric covering, length issue, etc., we are open to re-alterations and modifications and return back to our lovable customers.
- Delivery Delay: If there has been an uninformed, overstretched delay in delivery with no prior communication regarding the altered date.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Clients can reach out to us via call, WhatsApp during business hours, or email, clearly stating the issues along with reference images of the problematic areas within 24 hours of receiving the garment.
- Approval Required: Clients must receive confirmation from Team Gossip Confetti before sending the outfit back. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
- Condition: The returned merchandise must be unused, properly sealed in its original packaging, and in its original state.
- Evaluation: Once received, the acceptance of the return/exchange lies at the sole discretion of the Gossip Confetti team, based on communicated timelines and the quality of the returned garment.
Please Note: Product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources. Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you with utmost care.
We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you as mentioned above.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible the colours and the details of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your smartphone’s, iPad’s, Laptop’s display of any colour will be completely accurate or not.
However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section), we will be happy to re-fix it as mentioned above.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel purchases and claim a refund within 24 hours of purchase. No cancellation requests will be accepted after this period.
- Credit Note: If the cancellation request is approved, a credit note will be issued within 7 business days, valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation.
- Order Changes: For changes to orders, the customer must pay any price difference before updating the order. If the new order price is less than the original, a credit note for the balance amount will be issued.
