Delivery & Shipping Information

When do we deliver?

  • Indian / Bridal Wear: All domestic and international orders will take about 4–8 weeks for dispatch from the date of order. “Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 6 weeks, with variations based on the intricacy of the design.”
  • Western Pret: All domestic and international orders will take about 2–4 weeks for dispatch from the date of order.
  • Ready To Ship: All the RTS products will be dispatched within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx or India Post, with tracking details provided upon dispatch.
  • Customs & Duties (International Orders) Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Although we try our best that our customer should not go through customs charges
  • These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • Important Notes:We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, customs clearance, or courier delays.
  • Once an order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide via reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the parcel.
  • For ready-to-ship items, dispatch occurs within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or customized items require 2–5 weeks for production before dispatch.
  • International delivery timelines may vary from 7–15 business days, depending on customs and destination.
